Lakefront property and home prices along the shores of Old Hickory Lake can range anywhere from the $400,000s to well over $1,000,000. The lower prices are often older homes, some of which may need some work or remodeling. However, It can be difficult to find a home in this lower price range.
Because of Nashville's growth, it has attracted real estate investors and homebuyers wanting to invest in Nashville lakefront real estate.
